Gregg S. Zegras
Vice President, Pitney Bowes & General Manager, Imagitas
Gregg leads the day to day operations for all of Imagitas' innovative mover-marketing products, including MoverSource and MyMove. Prior to joining Imagitas, Gregg was President & General Manager for the health start-up Sharecare, Inc. with responsibility for digital brands including sharecare.com, realage.com and droz.com. Preceding this, he held executive leadership roles for several large digital brands including RealAge, under Hearst Entertainment, and iVillage Health, under GE/NBC Universal. Gregg also served as COO for digital start up dLife and has an extensive background and experience in digital media, traditional publishing, sales and marketing. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from SUNY Geneseo and is married with five children, all boys.
Rich Hoey
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Rich oversees Finance, Production Engineering and Fulfillment Delivery, and Facilities. Rich joined Imagitas in June 2004 as the Corporate Controller and became chief financial officer in 2006. Prior to joining Imagitas, Rich held senior finance positions at Biogen IDEC and Millipore Corporation. Rich began his career as a certified public accountant at Arthur Andersen & Company. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Boston College. Rich is married with three children.
Jon Herberger
Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Jon is responsible for strategic and tactical initiatives in the delivery of development and support functions involving Imagitas’ core marketing technology. Before joining Imagitas in 2007, he held senior technology management positions at NEW, Inc. and Electronic Data Systems. At NEW, Inc., Jon helped develop an IT architecture foundation that enabled the organization to respond rapidly and effectively to a rapidly growing company. His background includes managing and developing call center software, designing transaction-ready ecommerce sites, establishing and growing high-performing teams, building compelling customer experiences, selecting and managing onshore and offshore vendors, and aligning software development practice with a company’s mission and goals. Jon also has extensive experience within the U.S. government intelligence community. Jon earned a B.S. in Finance from University of South Carolina and a M.S. in Management of Information Systems from The George Washington University. Jon is married with three children.
Robert Cline
Senior Vice President, MoverSource™ Sales
As Sr. Vice President of Sales, Rob is responsible for setting sales strategy and quota, leveraging a client-centric focus within all activities. Rob is the longest tenured member of the current Imagitas team, helping to grow the company since 1997 as a National Sales Director, then as a Regional Vice President. Classically trained in sales with Procter & Gamble, he went on to spend several years with Catalina Marketing and later, with a small start-up marketing company. Rob received his B.B.A. from Texas Tech University. Rob is married with three sons.
Deanna Dolecki
Senior Vice President, Client Services
Deanna is responsible for managing the Client Services department, which includes Account Management, Offline New Product Development, Product Integration and Creative Services. This team is accountable for optimizing client programs and executing flawlessly against our MoverSource and AARP platforms. Deanna brings 15+ years of client management experience to her leadership of these teams. She began her tenure at Imagitas in account management, responsible for multiple key accounts, and quickly moved into a management role within the group. Prior to joining Imagitas, Deanna spent several years working at direct and internet marketing agencies, such as Arnold Worldwide and Directech | eMerge. She managed and grew highly-profitable accounts across verticals such as Retail, High-Tech, Insurance, and Telecommunications. She was responsible for many agency "firsts" such as incorporating new interactive technologies into client strategy, and launching an international marketing competency. She earned her B.A. and graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts. Deanna is married with two children.
Judith Frothingham
Senior Vice President, Strategic Alliances
Judith is responsible for the oversight of the MoverSource™ Strategic Alliance with the United State Postal Service® and the team that manages all corporate contracting. The Strategic Alliances department is involved in handling USPS contract management, MoverSource strategic program expansion, and issue resolution. The Contracts Department is responsible for all contracting for both the MoverSource business and My Move. Judith brings more than 15 years’ experience in various contract and partner management roles, including positions at Aprisma Management Technologies, Inc. and Brueggers Bagels. Judith earned her BA in Legal Studies from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. She is married with one daughter.
